Our Courses
Pre-Private
Designed exclusively by Anglicus for learners transitioning into the first year of a private English secondary school. The primary focus is to build their competence and confidence in order to succeed in the private school setting.
A2 Pre-Intermediate
Carefully designed for learners who are ready to move beyond basic communication and develop greater confidence in English. This course supports learners in using everyday language naturally, taking part in simple conversations and exchanging information with clarity and ease.
B1 Intermediate
Purposefully developed for learners who are ready to build on their existing English skills and communicate with greater confidence. This course supports learners in understanding familiar topics, taking part in everyday situations, and expressing themselves more clearly in English. Learners will also develop the ability to write simple, connected texts with increasing accuracy and ease.
Pre-IGCSE
Specifically developed for learners who are ready to use English with greater fluency, confidence, and independence. This course supports students in understanding the main ideas of more complex texts, interacting with ease, and communicating clearly in a wide range of situations. Learners develop the ability to express opinions, discuss topics in detail, and write clear, well-structured texts on a variety of subjects, with increasing accuracy and control. This will lay down a solid foundation for the IGCSE course the following year.
IGCSE
Structured for learners following the Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language qualification. This course is a one year programme, following directly from the Pre-IGCSE level, allowing students to build language skills gradually and securely, developing accuracy, fluency, and confidence over time.
